The hand, a complex organ due to its function and symbolism, is often injured in workplace or domestic accidents.
Currently, the treatment of hand pathologies is increasingly carried out in specialized surgical centers where hospitalizations are generally very short. Rehabilitation also begins very early in the post-operative period.
The aim of this training is to enable physiotherapists to acquire the necessary foundations to manage the main pathologies encountered in private practice or in specialized centers.
In addition to the most common traumatic pathologies, we will also cover rheumatic, neurological, and congenital hands, etc.
Other, more specific conditions will also be the subject of subsequent seminars (burned hand, musician's hand, climber's hand, amputated hand, etc.)
Based on a detailed clinical assessment, the participant will be able to even to establish a precise physiotherapy diagnosis in order to best treat the different types of pathologies encountered.
A specific workshop will also be devoted to the creation and installation of different types of orthoses.
The speakers are surgeons, physiotherapists, orthotists, and experts in their specialties and practicing in hospitals and outpatient clinics.
